  WIll having a Top 20 list of Blocked Users be useful ?

  1. As a deterrent for spammers
  2. As a guide to who is abusing the clean and neat system

  On the flip side, we can consider Top 20 list of more viewed or subscribed or discussed?

  Any suggestions for a good and fair reputation system? Should sellers only be rated if they sell an item to a fellow pHinger?

  Will users trust a reputation scoring system or reading feedbacks will give you an idea of a good/bad buyer/seller?
